SF9010

The SF9010 is a compact 1268.52 MHz SAW bandpass filter designed with a 26.0 MHz passband covering 1256.00 MHz to 1282.00 MHz. It provides a typical insertion loss of 1.9 dB, low amplitude ripple of 0.6 dB typical, and group delay ripple of 20 ns typical. Designed for 50 Ω RF systems, the SF9010 offers input and output VSWR of 1.5:1 typical and provides strong out-of-band rejection across multiple frequency ranges. The device supports RF power up to 20 dBm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The filter is supplied in a compact DCC6C ceramic SMT package measuring 3.00 × 3.00 × 1.25 mm. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for RF applications requiring low insertion loss, low passband ripple, compact size and high out-of-band attenuation.
